Privacy Statement & Broker Recovery Notice
Privacy Statement
Your privacy is important to us. For each visitor to our
site, our web server does not automatically recognize information regarding
visitors domain or e-mail address. We collect information on what pages users
access or visit and information volunteered by the users, such as specific
requests for information. All information we collect is used for internal
purposes and then discarded. It is used to improve the content of our web site
and specifically to improve our service to individuals interested in our
mortgage products. Your personal information is not shared with any other
organization or third party.
Persons who supply us with their phone numbers on-line may
receive telephone calls from us with information they have requested. Persons
who give us their e-mail or postal mailing address on-line may receive periodic
mailings from us. If you decide you do not wish to receive E-mail, postal mail
or telephone calls from us after you have supplied these addresses, please let
us know by contacting us at one of the addresses or telephone numbers listed at
the bottom of this page.
Privacy and Trust
Earning customers trust is important to the success of any
business, and for the mortgage industry, which relies on the Internet as a
communication medium, it is crucial.
Two challenges
First, since the vast majority of our customer interaction is
conducted over the Internet we must instill a high level of confidence that the
sensitive information required to shop and apply for a loan will not be
accessible to third parties.
Second, our potential customers are making one of the biggest
financial decisions of their lives, we must conduct business appropriately.
Internet Security and Privacy Policy
The privacy of information on the Internet has received a lot
of press lately. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission has mandated that the
Internet must develop and implement a privacy policy, or they will. Netscape,
Microsoft and others have joined with the World Wide Web Consortium to develop
privacy mechanisms for the Internet called P3.
Doug and Texas Mortgage Concepts, LLC applauds this work, as our
business relies on people trusting the security of communications on the
Internet and our Web Server and Corporation in particular. Our customers'
privacy has always been a major concern.
Web Site Privacy
Being an Internet enabled business, you must be able to trust
our Internet based services. Potential borrowers must feel comfortable,
revealing extremely sensitive information to us via our Web Server. We must be
able to ensure that information is transmitted from the applicant's browser, to
our server with a minimal chance of snooping. And when someone does trust us
with information, we must ensure that the information does not leave us either
willingly, or by force.
Below is an outline of Doug and Texas
Mortgage Concepts, LLCs privacy/security policy.

is not required to accomplish the tasks that you have asked of it.
